Hi everyone!

I’m Portia, and I’m looking for a female roommate to join me as I start my final year at Mount Royal University this September. I’m seeking a bedroom with a private bathroom, with a move-in date of mid-late September. My budget is $1100/month, including utilities and parking.

I work full-time as a youth counselor and also freelance in digital marketing, so I keep busy but balanced. I’m clean, enjoy keeping things tidy, and value open, honest communication. I’m looking for a roommate who shares these traits.

I prefer a location in SW or DT but am open to other areas. In my free time, I love going to the gym, creating content, meal prepping, and spending time with friends.
