ISO: A private bedroom with private washroom in a 2bed 2bath shared house Seeking: I’m looking for a unit with a female roommate 😊 Budget: $1300-$1700 Move-In and Term: Ideally a month-to-month lease or a sublet for 4-6 months, prefer not to sign for a year. Preferences & Requirements: Non-smoking environment, and I would like if both bedroom and common areas are furnished (but not necessary), in-suite laundry, no pets (even though I love dogs) and ideally walking distance to any TTC station Locations: Downtown – within walking distance to York St, or within a 30 min commute by TTC (to union) Additional Information: About me- Hey everyone! I’m Zainab, 25 y/o, just finished a master’s degree in accounting, & starting a full-time position at PwC in September!
