Married man seeking short term (4-6 month) stay to get to know the city and look for a permanent home for my wife, dogs and I to call home.

I am employed full time, have police/vulnerable sector check from volunteering with my local police and bylaw services, good credit, and neither smoke nor party.

Our current landlord has been the same since 2015. In that time, we’ve added gardens in the front and back, a backyard lawn, shrubs, fire pit and a gazebo. We’ve been ideal tenants!

We are moving to the city from southern Alberta for my career, with my wife joining once I can find accommodations for her and our dogs (aiming for January-March!) and allow time for her to settle our affairs at home.

I would prefer a roommate in a shared home with garage space for a car/truck

I enjoy the outdoors, travel, hiking and bikejoring. Summer typically finds me at the campsite in our trailer or exploring the backroads and hiking trails. Winters are spent playing in the snow (snowshoeing, biking, tobogganing, skiing), taking classes/lessons, or hibernating with a good book/movie by the fireplace with trips to sunny climates for respite.
