Quiet, Reliable Tenant Looking for a Room**

Hi,

I’m seeking a rental room in a peaceful and safe environment. I’m a 44-year-old responsible, quiet, and thoughtful individual who values cleanliness and mutual respect in shared spaces. Think of me as the ideal tenant—like a ninja, but without the sneaking around or throwing stars.

Currently, I’m on long-term disability but also work part-time and enjoy giving back to the community through volunteer activities. I pride myself on being reliable, trustworthy, and easy to communicate with. I don’t smoke, drink, or party, and I promise not to steal anyone’s snacks from the fridge—unless explicitly offered (and even then, I’ll double-check!).

Recently, I lost my dog and best friend, and I’m taking this time to heal and move forward. As part of this process, I’d prefer a living situation without animals at the moment while I navigate this transition.

Some of my other qualities include being organized, courteous, and mindful of others’ needs in shared spaces. I always ensure rent is paid on time, and I strive to keep any living situation clean and comfortable. Basically, I’m like a well-behaved cat—quiet, tidy, and low-maintenance (minus the fur).
