URGENT I’m urgently looking for my daughter who is needing a place for August 1st. Budget up to $850 give or take. I’m looking for a room to rent for my 27 daughter, cat friendly, Max is a 4 year old nurtured male and is her support kitty. Well behaved cat and Natasha. Natasha is receiving a PWD and has an amazing outreach worker. who she see’s 2X a week or more. She’s responsible, quiet, clean and respectful of others space. Natasha very independent and highly functional. she’s a normal person. She needs a place where she feels safe and understood. She is 420 friendly and acceptable of all people including LGTBQ and has many friends in the community. I’m going to get her into the film industry doing background acting. She has expressed a huge interest in doing that. she did it a bit and wants to get back into it. She is currently in Abbotsford and has had a bad experience there and is miserable and wants to come back to Vancouver. She needs to move on Aug 1st Trying to explain this to landlords can have it’s challenges and I’m finding it quite frustrating to say the least. Anywhere in Vancouver/Burnaby or S. Van. is fine, as long as she feel safe and understood. I have also been filling out subsidized housing applications. Long waitlists. That said she & I would prefer a long term rental situation.
