My current roommate and I are looking for a room to share. We’re both quiet and respectful. We clean up after ourselves and don’t mind sharing chores. We prefer to buy our own groceries and cook our own food. We have 2 senior cats (who mostly just sleep in our bed all day). Both of our incomes are secure and reliable, so rent will be payed on time every time. LGBTQ+ and AFAB friendly is a must, since we’re both AFAB queer people.
