I’m retired. Live a quiet, actually boring life. My niece will be getting her degree from UBC in DNA genetics,BUT she wouldn’t be coming to school until September of 2025. Just wanted to let that be known now, and if a major problem then I understand. I know I’d have to pay “x” amount of dollars more for her and I sharing, but that wouldn’t be a problem. She is a conscientious young woman, and she usually has her nose in a book studying. I like to meet other people, and I always, always try to keep my area of a room or house and any other room I have been in clean! Learned that at a young age. I play 7 musical instruments so I do have a small electric piano. Which can be plugged in so as not to disturb others. I love to read and watch tv. I’m a pretty good cook and love to try out new recipes. I try to help out if someone else is sick and will always try to do my share! I don’t have a car, so am a “bus and train “ person. So walking is my thing. In any apartment or home I have lived in, my portion of rent was always paid on time and there was never an issue with my contribution “rent wise” I always had my rent payments withdrawn from my bank account by former landlords on the last day of the month or first day of new month. Meeting new people is important to me and I look forward to beginning new friendships.
