Hi, my name’s Cole! I’m 21 and I go to TMU for criminology, and in my spare time I like to play music and go out with friends. I’m very respectful and adherent to rules about quiet hours and such if that’s your vibe. LGBTQ+ friendly, cannabis friendly, pet friendly, pretty much okay with everything. I’m looking for a shared apartment, preferably downtown or at most midtown, and want to move in on April 30th/May 1st. I prefer to be close to TMU campus, but I am hoping to find a place close to line 1 in Downtown (Bloor-Yonge & below). I am also open to finding a roommate on here and looking for a place together! Please be a student 28 or under (for compatibility purposes). I’m open to a four-month sublet or a full-year lease.
