Akili & Emily

Hi! My name is Akili, I’m 20 years old and I go to TMU (studying history). I’m looking for one room for myself and one for my girlfriend (2 separate bedrooms). I’m here looking for roommates who would want to rent a 3-4 bedroom unit together or for someone looking to fill two rooms in their current unit.

(Akili)A bit about me is I’m calm and artsy, I really really love to read and I also love the outdoors, my favourite hobby is surfing.

(Emily) Emily is very outdoorsy also, she loves rock climbing and surfing too. She studies photography at TMU and is very kind and friendly. 

As roommates we are looking for a quiet, calm space with people who are communicative and clean. Things like cleaning your dishes right away and chore sharing. We want to be in a chill and easy space without house parties and are looking to have an open environment where everyone feels respected.

Financially my (Akili) budget is $900 per month ( utilities included) and Emily’s is $1100 (utilities included) and we both have guarantor’s if singing a lease.
