My budget for a room is CAD 1000/- (all inclusive). About Me: • I am a fun-loving, cheerful individual who gets along well with people and pets. I am friendly, respectful and understand the need for privacy. • Organization and cleanliness are important to me, and I deeply respect the property and neighborhood. • I will be going to the office a minimum of 3-5 days a week and will travel occasionally.
Apartment Preferences: • Room: Room should be able to fit a queen or a double bed and a worktable at minimum. Private bathroom is a huge plus. • Location: I value good access to public transportation and nearby supermarkets. • Amenities: Ideally, the apartment would include laundry facilities and parking. Access to a gym or recreational facilities nearby would be a plus.
