Hello! My name is Karlie. 33 year old,single female.I am a mother to two awesome children ( 9 and 11) who will visit me every second weekend for a sleepover and maybe once or twice during the week for just a couple hours after school. (Never any sleepovers on school nights ) New to this site as I just stumbled upon it during my Google search for rooms for rent as I am needing to find a home for July 1st . I’ve come to realize that finding a home,being only a one person party can have its challenges. That being said, I think I woukd make a great roommate for nearly anybody who’s in need of one. I am responsible and respectful. I am naturally a 🤫 quiet person…until I get to know you and feel more comfortable around you. I take pride in being a very kind , compassionate friend. I am definitely an empath. Cleanliness and organization are very important to me…although I promise I would never nag you or make you feel bad even if your home was a complete disaster 😉. My EX roommate, had some unexpected changes in his life circumstances, and his child was going to now be in his care full-time so unfortunately that meant I had to give up my room on short notice where I had been living the past 16 months . Non-Drinker, Non-partier. I’m very much a homebody, if I’m not out working then you can almost always find me at home , in my bedroom working on a art project ( I love to draw) or I have recently taken up beading. I love to help around the house, cleaning, yard work etc. While also respecting your boundaries as I know people’s homes are their sacred space and some aren’t to keen on others touching their belongings, even if its with good intentions. Setting up house rules and being able to communicate openly with your roommate is also somthing I find very important. I have friends of all ethnic backgrounds,ages, and friends who belong to the LGBTQ2S+ community :) Currently I do not have any pets, however I love animals of all kinds, and would make a great(free!) pet sitter if you ever required one. I grew up around dogs,cats, horses. Since I am trying to get some money saved up, im looking for a place that would fit into a $800/month (hopefully less!)
