Hey! I’m a single 30 year old. Move out day isn’t firm. I don’t drink too often or party and like to get my sleep. Love to go out for a good bite to eat or stay in and watch a movie. My move in date is flexible but I’m ready to move out of my parents house sooner rather than later. I have a French bulldog who is a total angel and if you’re someone who works from home and is willing to watch him I’m happy to take on a bit more of the rent. However if that isn’t an option he can stay at my parents house. I’m clean, easygoing and I work about 40 hours a week and I dont drive. Looking for a female roommate to team up or willing to move into a secluded basement style apartment
