I am seeking a home in the city for my adult daughter and myself. We have a cat and a small dog. My daughter is a student and I work full time from home. We are looking to relocate to accommodate her education and experience a new start in the city. We are clean and considerate people. I have a vehicle so parking is also a must.

My daughter and I are willing to share a room if needed to help with getting accustomed to the city. We are private people and are just looking for a fresh start and the ability for an education.
