I am a male McMaster graduate student looking for a room urgently. I am flexible on price but 1b/1b and non-basement room preferably. However, it should not go over $800/850 monthly (with utilities included). I am open to sharing a room as well with one other person, if you are looking for a roommate. My price range would not be as high if I were to be sharing the room (preferably around $500-600). I would also prefer to be within 20 minutes walking distance from campus at most.

I don’t drink, smoke, or party and I am clean and organized. So rest assured the room and house will stay in good condition. I have No pets. I have No car.
