Location: Ideally within 8 mins walk to Runnymede/High Park/Keele/Dundas West stations Budget: $1,300 per month including bills Move in date: 1st May Room type: Private bedroom (no shared bedrooms or dens) Furnished: Yes, preferably with at least a double bed and wardrobe/storage in room (not a complete deal breaker if it’s unfurnished) and room for a work desk Laundry: Washer/dryer in unit or building Stay length: At least 6 months, I’m looking for a long-term home References: Canadian and Australian rental references available About me: 34yr old professional Aussie female that relocated from Sydney 6 months ago. My previous flatmates would describe me as a very friendly, cheerful, positive, clean, tidy and respectful flatmate, financially stable (exceptional credit rating) with plenty of flat sharing experience. I love to cook and bake, read, travel/explore, socialise and stay active playing many sports, I’m always out and about doing something. Employment: I work full-time at a marketing agency. My role in 100% remote, but I’m not a homebody so I work out of home 1-2 times per week. I can also work internationally, so will be working away quite often What I’m looking for: Someone with a similar approach to flat sharing; tidy and happy to have a chat/laugh/day debrief/drink/meal/Netflix binge on the occasion and enjoy each others company.
