Hi! I am a recent graduate and starting a new Registered Nurse position at a downtown hospital. I’m looking to rent a bedroom for 1 year in a shared unit with a female roommate within my budget.

I am a quiet, homebody and I do appreciate making friends with roommates, but respect personal boundaries regardless. I have no pets but am open to roommates with animals. I’m a non-smoker and am very mindful of noise levels, this is very important to me. I like to run, draw, and have recently been getting back into reading. I am always open to going out and trying new things with my fellow roommates.

Ideally a rental within walking distance to King/Yonge or Harbourfront is best. I am willing to rent outside of these areas if rental costs are appropriate. Please connect if you’d be interested. Thanks!
