Hello,

I may be in need of a room in the near future. I am a very clean and quiet individual, 37 working full-time outside of the home in Kanata. I am a customer service specialist for a CleanRoom distribution company. I do have a 3-yr old medium sized dog that is also quiet and very well behaved. He does not bark or vocalize unless asked. No reaction to any door-bells or knocking. He is also fully house-trained and has never had an accident. His name is hatch and he is very friendly and loves people. Men take him 30 mins to warm upto as his “breeder’ were men that screamed at the dogs. He is fully vetted and healthy (I spent 12 years of my life in the veterinary field)

I have furniture however I can find storage if needed. I am open to adding to your home also if you like such as backyard lights and other items when my house is sold. I do have a car and would need a parking space. I am happy to assist with household chores and taking care of a home. I do cook and clean if needed or a friendship develops and it would be welcome- otherwise I can keep to myself. I have never been a partier and I do not smoke cigarettes. I am 420 friendly outdoors only however. While I do have friends I would not be inviting people (one person) over without discussing and agreeing. I do not have hobbies but things I do enjoy is watching movies, puzzles, hikes, woodworking and small odd DIY jobs. I am a jack of all treades-master of none!

I am laid back and do not offend easily, with a great sense of humor that I would like to get back in tune with. My accommodation would be long term (6+ months at least) as this would be my home until I find a partner or am able to afford a place for myself individually.
