Hey everyone, I’m a grad student in psychology from Mongolia (he/him). I’m looking for a clean and organized place to rent near campus or the LRT stations. Ideally, I’d like to move in sometime in September or October.

I’m a clean, responsible, and respectful person who respects other people’s space. I’m easygoing and enjoy quiet time to focus on my studies, but I’m also open to socializing with roommates. My budget is around $700 (flexible), and I would prefer if utilities were included. Also, I’m looking for a furnished place!

I’m looking for responsible and easy-going roommates who value a clean and respectful living environment. It would be a plus if you also appreciate some quiet time for studying!
