Hi there! I’m a clean, responsible and friendly 35 year old teacher. I am looking for a room in Richmond Hill or Thornhill from September 15th so I can live closer to my job/school.

I am very respectful, friendly and warm and it would be great if my roommate and I could be friends but not necessary as long as we respect each other and the shared space. Good communication is required.

Prefer a clean, peaceful home but happy to have guests occasionally :)

In terms of my hobbies, I enjoy beach volleyball, coffee with friends, board games, movies, concerts and pilates/yoga classes. I am very close with my family so they might occasionally come over for a coffee 2-3 times a month.
