I’m a solo female, age 30. I work full time as a photographer for an orthodontic clinic and I work the rest of the time on my freelance photography business as well. Photography is my life. I have no pets, no children, I don’t smoke, I don’t drink, I don’t party. I’m very friendly, but very quiet as a tenant. I can happily provide references and credit scores and what ever may be needed to prove I would make a fantastic tenant.
