I am a previous homeowner who has sold her home and am looking for a room or a basement suite to rent. i am down sizing because my kids are grown and gone now and i feel i dont need a large home anymore, so am starting over with just myself to worry about now. i am very family oriented so my boys will come and visit when they can. im pretty easy going and i do lots of crafts to keep myself busy (refinishing wood work). i have recently been diagnosed with scoliosis so i take it easy now but i do not require special accommodations.
