I am an environmental professional moving to Kamloops in August for work. I am looking for a place to live from August 1st 2024. I would prefer a furnished room in a house and don’t mind sharing communal space with others (not picky on gender/sex). I would prefer a month-to-month agreement; My budget is around $800 ( incl utilities and internet) but I’m open to negotiating a fair and reasonable price after discussion. I would prefer a place without pets but it is not a deal breaker. I don’t drink, smoke or do recreational drugs/paraphernalia. I would need a place with parking space. I am not very social but I’m approachable/friendly and keep a clean place. I appreciate any good leads on my request…Thank you!!!
