About me: I am 58 years old and I live in Vancouver since 2016. l was born and raised in Greece. Back there I worked for many years as a childhood educator and as a nurse at a hospital caring for elderly people also people with disabilities.
I’m self taught and passionate in art and crafts from the age of 12. Making unique greeting cards, textile jewelry Crocheting, embroidery, cross stitching, shashiko and slow free stitches I particularly enjoy and find very mind-soothing.
I’m enthusiastic baker and a cook. Im in my best environment and my true self when I’m playing and doing crafts with kids and elders sharing my skills and learning new ones!
I adore animals. I had an adorable gray silver and very clever cat and a water turtle for 16 years back in my country.
I truly enjoy reading theatre plays,I m reading mostly classic literature Also books about psychology. I prefer period European movies and I really appreciate the French Italian and Irish sense of humour. I enjoy deep and meaningful conversations and sometimes I feel very awkward 😬 with small talk.
