Hi!

My name is Eric and I’ve been a resident of Calgary my whole life. I’m looking to team up with 2+ roommates for the foreseeable future of at least one year.

I am currently enrolled to study at the University of Calgary in First-Year Engineering and would like to work alongside similarly motivated individuals, preferably fellow students of the University of Calgary. In addition to my studies, I am also presently employed and negotiating part-time status in respect to my block schedule. With this in consideration, I can contribute a maximum of $1300 per month towards rental expenses and am willing to negotiate additional collaborative expenses.

Ideally, I’m looking for somewhere relatively close to Downtown Calgary.

I have over six years of experience as a tenant and conduct myself as a pragmatic, just, and systematic person. I value organization, integrity, and accountability. I have a variety of hobbies and interests that include movies, music, cooking, gaming, exercise, and reading.
