I am an 18-year-old student studying at SFU and need an apartment near the Burnaby campus and this property is a perfect fit for my needs. I will be consigning with my parents who have a strong rental history and steady income and I plan on living for my entire first year in university.  I, myself, love to keep areas clean. In my free time, I enjoy spending my time reading, painting, or creating music, which makes me an appreciated quiet neighbour.
