I’m a 27 year old dishwasher for Moxies and I’ve been with them for two years. I keep totally to myself (near isolated as I prefer it), my rent is paid consistently on time, I take maturity seriously for my age and fulfilling responsibilities is something I don’t take lightly, thus I KNOW I’m reliable. I’m also very well spoken. I have no pets, no children and no spouse. I have no interest is those things going forward. I’m extremely quiet and I personally hate bringing company over to my house. I also have absolutely no reserves about what a single soul does with their part of the property. Go hard. So long as it’s never violent or destructive, and so long as the common spaces are kept properly. I pretty laid back, man. I just don’t like living with people who won’t grow up. If you’re chill, no one’s a jerk, and you leave me to my devices, I’ll mutually do that same thing happily.
