I’m currently looking for roommate(s) to share an apartment starting around Oct 24. I haven’t decided which apartment to move to, so if you are in the same situation, this could be a great match.

My preference is high-rise new-built apartments with decent amenities in downtown. Either 2b2b or 3b3b works for me and the budge will be ~$1400 per person, including all expenses, for at least 1 year term.

There are some preferred buildings on my list: Encore, Falcon One, One12, The View, CX, MacLaren and Citizen.

I am a 25-year-old male and a recent Electrical Engineering graduate. I own a vehicle and have some extra personal belongings that may require a storage room, which I will cover if I am the only user. I prefer a smoke-free environment and am okay with pets.
