I’m a person who many people think that I’m easy to get along with. Pretty outgoing, flexible and open-minded. I have opinions on many things so be ready to have some conversations. Empathetic and considerate about my environment and peoples. I don’t take myself super seriously and I like to have fun. I enjoy being outside and I like trying new things. Overall I make a great roommate based on what my previous roommates said.

Looking for: Room close to McMaster (maximum 15 min walk). Move-in is Sept 1st, 2024. Rent no more than $700 is perfect but I’m open to seeing options

My values: Neatness & cleanliness everywhere. Overall good hygiene. Shared responsibilities & duties. Fairness & Empathy. Setting rules & regulations. Sharing things in general (with limits and on agreement). I don’t share food or drinks. 100% no tolerance for illegal activities, harassment, bullying, abuse, assault.

My habits: Scheduled cleaning of the common space. Promptly doing dishes and laundry. Cooking at home (meal prep). Working on school stuff on campus or at home. I enjoy casual hangouts, I might invite friends on weekends for socials every now and then.

My Hobbies: Hiking, cycling, hitting the gym occasionally. Photography, drawing, painting. Hanging out with friends, board games. Usually down to try new things.

My preferences: Living space is a must. I’m okay with pets but not in my personal space. Highly preferable that rent includes all utilities and WiFi. I don’t smoke, drink or party. I’m okay with parties on weekends only as long as we agree on quiet hours.
