Hi! I’m a mature student and professional. I work in Guelph at psychological practice most days but also am finishing my PhD remotely, so will sometimes work from home (although I often like to change environments and find a cute coffee shop to work at). I don’t have a car right now so I don’t require parking, but I rely on transit and walking so staying in Guelph or even Kitchener by the train station would be great. I’m in between places right now so taking over as a sublet short term would be ideal but I can also be flexible for the right place. I’m tidy and respectful. I’m a non-smoker but I’m cannabis friendly for those who are. 2SLGBTQ+ friendly :) I’m fairly active, I like to run, do yoga, Pilates. My cat Fallon is a total sweetheart but nervous, so she may not even be visible often. I absolutely love cooking, true crime, and trash tv. Looking for a room to not over extend my budget with tuition payments!
