Open to discussing prices slightly outside of my budget for a private room with 1 parking included

I’m Chinese Canadian and I’ve lived with roommates for multiple years. I’m very clean, tidy and respectful of other people’s belongings. I’m an introvert (more of an ambivert) and would need my private room to unwind from my extroverted work with people. I’m currently working and studying. Looking for a quiet place with very clean roommates who care about maintaining hygiene habits in shared spaces. I love pets, especially cats and absolutely wouldn’t mind if you have one. Thanks
