I’m an introvert, a quiet, tidy, single and private person and pays rent on time. I’m Medical Laboratory Technologist by profession from the Okanagan but is going back to school for further studies in January 2025, I’m enrolled as a full-time student at Central College BC in New Westminster. I am looking for a bedroom preferably with a private bathroom in the New West or Burnaby area that is close to a Skytrain Station or a short walk to a bus stop and access to buses with short rides to Skytrain, with washer-dryer, utilities, bills, unlimited internet included in rent with a move-in date of mid-December. Free parking is also appreciated. I’m seeking one to two roomies that are quiet, tidy and cleans after themselves and respects each other roomies’ space, time and privacy.
