Hello, I am Joe. I am an engineering student at the University of Alberta.

I will be moving into University Tower Apartments by September 1st. It is located near North Campus and transit. I plan to move into a one-bedroom apartment with a big living room, and am planning on subdividing the living room and living there while the other person takes the bedroom (I can help furnish if needed).

I am quiet, value cleanliness and will keep common spaces clean. I am looking to live with someone who does not smoke tobacco/cannabis or drink heavily.

I am okay with being just roommates or friends. About me: I love football, volunteering and food.
