I’m a 28 year old Male, UofL Comp Sci student. Among other things I play acoustic guitar, workout, love TV and Movies and I game! I’m looking for a place starting August 1st and require a parking space. I’ve got no pets but I’m pet friendly! I’m fairly clean and quiet, I don’t smoke but I don’t object to other people life choices. My partying days are mostly over unless you’re inviting me to one, but I’m social and won’t object to get togethers! I like mature & friendly roommates, people who put some time into communicating, getting along and even hanging out every once in a while. It all works to make the place feel more like home. I’ve been in a West Lethbridge rental home since January with 3 roommates both male and female. Our lease expires August 1st and everyone else is moving out so I’m moving on to avoid taking over the place!
