Hey everyone! Nicolas Martin here, 31, single working professional. I’m new in town, so I’m looking for a furnished room for at least 6 months. My budget is $900, and i prefeer pay in advance 6 months. I’m pretty introverted but socially adept, so I prefer quiet places. I’m very clean, healthy, and active with gym sessions and outdoor adventures. I love video editing and music production too, so I’m always busy doing things!
