Hello, I am looking for a private room for a period of 4 months starting July 21st. I’m Brazilian and I’m going to study. I am organized and like to keep the environment clean and organized. During this period I would like to receive an American friend with his dog for a period, so I will need a room with a double bed and one that accepts pets. I can pay the full period amount in advance if I like the room and the owner accepts my needs.
