Hi there, my name is Clayton Harder! I’m a 3rd year student at VIU going for my Bachelor of Education! I’m proud of my kindness, positive attitude and my baking! I lived at my previous place for over a year but after my roommate moved out and I couldn’t find another one, I decided it is time to move out myself. I’m 23 years old and have lived in Nanaimo for 5 years now. During the summer, I work full time at a non profit where I teach children to get excited about science! During the school year I plan to work there part time as well. In my free time I like to play games online with friends, bake goodies, and spend quality time with my boyfriend. I live by a code of respect and if I were to be chosen to live in this space I would show that by being mindful of my volume keeping the kitchen and other communal spaces clean after I use them, and being receptive to any ways I could be a better roommate. I would be looking to move in for August 1st and would be wanting to stay until the beginning of next summer. References can be provided upon request!
