Hello!

My name is Mariana, and I’m 21 years old. I’m an international student currently pursuing a hospitality course. I recently moved to the area and also have a work permit. I’m starting a job at a clothing store near Metrotown, where I intend to stay long-term, probably for a year or more.

As a roommate, I believe I would be great to live with for several reasons:

2. Clean and Organized: I keep my living space tidy and organized, and I believe in sharing household chores to ensure a clean and comfortable home for everyone.

3. Friendly and Sociable: While I respect personal space, I’m also friendly and enjoy socializing. I’m always up for a good chat or hanging out.

4. Responsible and Reliable: With my studies and job, I have a structured routine. You can count on me to pay bills on time and handle shared responsibilities.

5. Open-Minded and Adaptable: Having moved to a new country, I’m adaptable and open to different cultures and lifestyles. I believe in creating a harmonious living environment where everyone feels comfortable.
