Hi! I’m looking to give notice at my current place and find a likeminded roommate. Ideally for a 2 bed 2 bath.

I keep common areas clean. I’m respectful of people’s time and space. Mostly have quiet evenings at home. I would like both roommates to feel welcome spending time in common areas. I do have a Bichon that I share with an ex. I have him twice a week (could be more often depending on circumstances).

It would be great to become friends, however, making sure we are both happy and comfortable in our home is the first priority.
