My name is André, and I’m from Brazil. I’m excited to be starting my Ph.D. in Mathematics at the University of Calgary this August. I’ve been awarded a scholarship at the UoC, which allows me to be fully focused on my studies during the week. I’ve always been a hardworking student with a passion for math and research. I consider myself super friendly and love to chat and get to know new people, although I also appreciate some quiet time by myself. I’m looking forward to experiencing all the beauties of Canada.
