Sasan (Sam)

MHey there! My name is Sasan, but you can totally call me Sam if you’d like. I’m a 39-year-old guy who’s flying solo. Just to give you a heads up, I’m not into smoking, drugs, drinking, or partying. I’m on the lookout for a budget-friendly place to crash, whether it’s with one other person or flying solo in my own private space.

Unfortunately, I’ve been out of work for the past 5 years due to medical reasons, but I do receive disability income. Even though I’m not punching the clock, I’ve always been on time with my rent and bills. I’m all about cleanliness, peace and quiet, being kind, and lending a helping hand around the house.

I’d really love to have my own bedroom and bathroom, but I’m open to other arrangements if we can work something out. Ideally, I’d like to room with someone around my age, a guy, or maybe an older person who’s on the lookout for a caring, quiet individual to keep them company.
