Desiring own bedroom and bathroom (but not a basement) in NW Calgary, from mid-February 2025 onward. Ideally garage parking. Female 60s, newly single, very active outdoors and in volunteering (so out a lot!), love life and a good laugh, Christian. Non-smoker, terrible cat allergy. If you had a hypo-allergenic dog it could probably work. Had one for 14 years.
