Hello everybody! My name is Franek, and I’m an international student from Poland, recently accepted into the Motion Picture Arts bachelor’s program at Capilano. I’m searching for roommates or a place to rent on my own starting from September 1, 2024, and my budget is 1,000 - 1,200 Canadian dollars. I am a 20-year-old photographer, filmmaker, and kite surfing instructor, but my hobbies also include snowboarding, skateboarding, and chess. I’m clean, quiet, and respectful, and I have lived with roommates on several occasions already, so I’m familiar with the idea of sharing a place with someone. I also don’t have pets (at least not ones that I plan on bringing along) and I don’t smoke, so that shouldn’t be a problem.
