Hello! My roommate is moving away from Montreal and I am looking for someone to take over her room! The room is available as of September 1st and the lease is for 1 year, but I am also open to long-term subletters! The apartment is beautiful and located in the heart of the plateau!

I am 24 and in a graduate school program at McGill (School Psychology). I am very social but I tend to see my friends outside of the apartment, so I will not frequently be having people over! My current roommate and I met online 2 years ago and became very good friends so I would ideally want to find a similar situation where we can be friends, but also enjoy alone time in the apartment. As a roommate I am very clean, especially in the common spaces! I am looking for another graduate student or young professional to move in (23-28 years old)!

Apartment Details: 2 bedroom, fully furnished apartment! 9 minute walk to the metro station, 25 minute walk to McGill! Very close to (in my opinion) some of the best bars and restaurants in Montreal; however, the street itself is quiet! The room that is available is in the back of the apartment with two large windows facing the courtyard/balcony, so it is very quiet! My current roommate loves the room!
