I work full-time from home (Monday-Friday, 40 hrs); looking for a private bedroom with closed door for 1 person (non-shared bedroom) with private ensuite bath. Preferrably fully furnished bedroom (single, double or queen bed, newer mattress, office desk and chair). I am looking for utilities included (with full access internet, given that I work from home). I am quiet and keep to myself. Single with no kids or pets and would prefer the same. Preference for household with no pets, children and/or smokers or recreational drug users. Preferrably a local transit-friendly and nearby Go Transit community.
