I am easy going, peaceful & fun loving… easy to chat with, friendly & have a kind disposition- I am told :) Looking to share a place with a respectful professional… Don’t have to be friends and hang out. If it evolves naturally great. I am quiet, organized and tidy. Open to small pets but do not have one, Non smoker. My kids are 24 & 26. One may come to visit very occasionally. Ones in NL. Rent preferred-$800 or less, if utils etc are included. Move in flexible…prefer Sept 1st to June or ongoing. *must have a nice tub, dishwasher. grassy area & patio would be nice too but not a deal breaker.
