Hey there! I’m looking for a quiet room to rent anywhere in Alberta, ideally with access to a private bathroom. I’m 29 years old, male, tidy and respectful. I am on disability income so my income is low but reliable. I stay at home and quietly spend time on my computer in my room, usually a night owl. I am single, do not have friends, never drink or party, and I do not do any recreational drugs. I do smoke cigarettes currently but outside ONLY (regardless of weather) and am working on quitting. I am extremely tidy, organized and clean. I have my own furniture (computer desk, office chair, twin bed, small bookshelf and dresser). I am quiet, respectful and responsible.

I am looking for a long term rental (1 year or more) anywhere in Alberta. Looking to move by the end of July. I do not currently have a vehicle so no parking spot needed.
