Anika Stasiak & Henri

My current roommate, Henri, and I are on the lookout for a new home because our landlord decided to sell our current house due to the capital gain increase. I’ve been living in my current home for nearly four years (come August), and we’ve had zero issues with our landlord, who would be more than happy to provide a reference for us.

A bit about us: I’m 29 years old, and I work remotely as a tutor. I’m also excited to be going back to school in September for Naturopathy. My days are pretty quiet since I work from home. Henri is 24 years old and has been living in Canada for almost three years now. He’s originally from Brazil and works full-time. Both of us have our own vehicles for commuting.

We pride ourselves on being very clean, respectful, and quiet. We don’t do any drugs or have parties. We’re both young professionals enjoying the beautiful BC life! We are very considerate and are huge peace keepers. We also have a very sweet and well-trained cat named Peach. She’s 10 years old, doesn’t scratch anything except her scratch post, and is a real darling.
