I am taking my graduate studies and I am looking to be as close to the downtown Concordia campus as possible. I have a dog who may come to visit once and a while (not mandatory). I am looking for somewhere with natural light and all inclusive. Laundry preferably in unit or at least in the building There is some flexibility on the amount I am willing to pay. Ideally a Parking spot is also available with preference being close to the subway.

I love cooking, indoor plants, board games and socializing, my partner may come and visit me for a weekend about once a month. I am looking forward to exploring Montreal!

English is my first language but my goal is to learn some french while in Montreal!
