Young professional looking for a place to rent in Burnaby and Vancouver. I am open to rent with another roommate!

Searching for a newer place close to a Skytrain (ideally near Metrotown) with a private bath and AC (or a window I can install a portable one in).

Desired move-in date is October 15 or November 1, 2024.

I am currently working as a software developer full time. I am organized and quiet, have no pets, and can provide references for work, previous landlords, credit check, etc. I will be living alone.

I would prefer to do viewings on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, or the weekends.
