I’m a working professional who mostly works from home. I am looking for a female housemate (students or working professionals are welcome) to live in a townhouse with me. I am currently staying in a townhouse close to the University of Manitoba.

I do not smoke or drink. I would prefer to rent the room to a female who is quiet, respectful, does not party, and also does not smoke. No pets, please. The room is located on the upper floor (this is a two-level townhouse).

The bus stop is just a stone’s throw away. We have a seasonal outdoor pool that is open during the summer. Underground parking might be available upon request (need to check with property management if there are any parking spaces available for rent).
